There are many ESL job sites, and you can spend a lot of time sifting through a lot of crap before you find anything that is helpful. As a result, I compiled this list of what I think are the best ESL job sites. - This website has thousands of higher education jobs available, including many English teaching jobs – http://www.higheredjobs.com/
- TEFL.com professional network is a good resource in many areas including a job search – http://www.tefl.com/
- Extensive site with job postings, resources, schools, etc. – http://www.totalesl.com/
- Transitions Abroad is a good source of information on living overseas, however it does require a subscription – http://www.transitionsabroad.com/
- Dozens of universities across the country offer “Intensive English” programs to international students; these programs generally require a master’s degree for teachers – http://www.intensiveenglishusa.org/, http://www.uciep.org/, and http://www.englishusa.org/
